At HEIRLOME, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
